i had had my second child; couldnt lose weight was the heaviest i had ever been. 210 and 5’6.. i hated myself.. worked out for almost a year with no progress.. ate only chicken, egg whites and spinach.. did some research and found veganism. Though it was just a diet at first.. i when vegan cold turkey…
i didnt lose just weight i dropped fat and kept muscle.. i did more research, watched documentaries and found that every thing i was doing pre-vegan was a against so many things i love..
i was breastfeeding at the time to so it all hit home hard.. my family thought, and still thinks im crazy😅 not one person on my family is vegan, but i know as a mother, an animal lover, and trying to lessen my carbon foot print im leaving the world a better place for my children…
its been 3 1/2 years now and its still the best decision i have ever made in my life.. wouldnt change it for the world.
