Veganism is the easiest way to remove yourself from a construct of consumption built by industries only interested in keeping you sick, on medication, and consuming.
After I became vegan 5 years ago I was amazed at the mental power it revealed. It allowed me to remove myself from other mindsets that had me prisoner. And focus my energies into things that are good for me. Eating fresh and healthy, exercising, exploring creativity, and, setting and achieving goals.
Becoming vegan is an exercise in growth. Not being afraid to change. And realizing that everything you know may be wrong. I first became vegan because of how good it made me feel physically. But the feeling of living a life that doesn’t cause pain and cruelty to other beings, is a benefit I didn’t see coming, and a much more powerful one.
Vegan for the animals, Vegan for my health, Vegan for life.
