My name is Alexander, I’m 33 years old and I live in Russia, Moscow. In 2012 I became a Vegan, after being a year vegetarian. Being vegan has led me to primarily a rejection of violence. I didn’t want to continue to participate in killing living creatures by eating them. At the same time I got rid of bad habits :alcohol, cigarettes, drugs.
I started training like: Sambo, swimming, weightlifting, crossfit. I worked in several ethical nutrition stores and supported people to convert to veganism.
