After breaking my right arm three times during My childhood suffered Sever nerve damage for 9 months doctor said I would never be able to play sports again or risk amputation I use to live my life in fear but somehow I found passion to do calisthenics / Streetworkout far as my vegetarian to VEGAN journey back in 2015 i injured my wrist for 9 months i fell into depression because the doctors couldnt help me so started to do research INFLAMMATION which the doctor told me I had round my wrist comes to find out eating MEAT was high cause of inflammation at 1st i didnt want to believe it but i started to look up to vegetarian & vegan athletes that had great bodies while living a cruelty free life i was greatly inspired so started this challenge not eating meat for a week and that was the best feeling ever
I felt amazing full of life so i did it another week and that was the week I got my wrist back healed my body and my injury with MOTHER NATURE now during my vegetarian journey I was watching documentaries (EARTHLINGS) and I was becoming more conscious about animal RIGHTS becoming an activist for them thus my body was beginning to reject certain things (dairy honey etc) so the the 1st month of this year i became VEGAN best choice i could ever make and now im educating others about the lifestyle using my social media platforms
